Core is for the solo pro. Connect adds automatic reminders, card on file, job checklists, time tracking and the team map. Grow adds quote options, job costing, the two-way SMS and WhatsApp inbox and custom automations. You can change plan at any time.
How do extra users work?
Each plan includes 1 user. Add team members for $26 a month each — field crew, office staff or a partner.
How much does it cost to take card payments?
Card payments are processed by Stripe at Stripe’s standard fee, plus a 1% WrenCrew fee per online payment. Recording cash, check or bank-transfer payments is free. No setup fees.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
There is no long-term contract. Pay monthly, or yearly for a lower price, and cancel any time from the billing page.

Do I need a website already?
No. Every plan includes a website for your business with your services, a quote form and online booking. You can also add a “Get a quote” button to a website you already have.
Can I bring my clients from another app?
Yes. Import clients, services and supplier price lists from a CSV file, and export clients and reports to CSV at any time.
